Brett joins the Everhart Studio Team with a broad knowledge base of Indianapolis. He has worked downtown since graduating from Indiana University with dual degrees in finance and journalism. After beginning his career in the pharmaceutical industry, Brett pursued his passion in real estate. First he designed and built a Victorian replica home and then he progressed to a show home for the 1998 Indianapolis Home-a-Rama. Finally, Brett restored a 110-year-old historic home in Fall Creek Place on Indianapolis’ near north side.
       During his daily walks, runs and bike rides, Brett has watched downtown Indianapolis blossom into a world-class urban center offering something for everyone. Brett is married and currently resides in the Watermark at the intersection of the Cultural Trail and the Downtown Canal.
